Hyper Cool Air Pty Ltd (ABN 17 686 870 619) is committed to providing quality air conditioning and refrigeration services. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations.
1.
Deposits & Booking Fees Deposits paid to secure a booking or installation date are generally non-refundable, as they cover scheduling and preparation costs. Exceptions may be made at our discretion or where required by the Australian Consumer Law (e.g., if we cannot provide the service).
2.
Cancellations You may cancel a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund of any deposit (minus any non-recoverable costs such as custom-ordered parts). Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the deposit. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available for labour or materials already supplied.
3.
Faulty Products or Workmanship If equipment is faulty, we will arrange repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty. If our workmanship is at fault, we will rectify it at no extra cost. If rectification is not possible, a refund or credit may be issued.
4.
Change of Mind Refunds are not provided for change of mind after goods have been ordered or installed, unless otherwise agreed.
5.
Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if goods or services are not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or match the description.

How to Request a Refund Contact us as soon as possible with your invoice number and reason for the request. We aim to process valid refunds within 10 business days.
