Terms & Conditions

Hyper Cool Air Pty Ltd (ABN 17 686 870 619, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides air conditioning and refrigeration services. These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of our goods and services.

Acceptance of Terms By requesting a quote, placing a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

2.

Quotes and Pricing All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. Final pricing may vary based on site inspection, access, or changes to scope. We reserve the right to amend quotes if additional work is required.

 

3.

Bookings and Deposits A deposit may be required to confirm installation or major works. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

 

4.

Service Delivery We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Installation and repair times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, parts availability, or circumstances beyond our control. You must provide clear access, safe working conditions, and accurate information about the site.

 

5.

Payment Payment is due on completion of works unless a payment plan is agreed in writing. For large jobs, progress payments may be required. Overdue accounts may incur interest and debt recovery fees.

 

6.

Warranty We provide a manufacturer’s warranty on new equipment plus our own workmanship warranty (typically 12 months on labour — details provided on invoice). Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or failure to maintain the system as recommended. Full warranty terms are provided with your invoice or job sheet.

 

7.

Customer Responsibilities Ensure the site is safe and accessible. Inform us of any known hazards (asbestos, electrical issues, etc.). Maintain the system according to manufacturer guidelines.

 

8.

Liability Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of business, perishable goods in refrigeration systems). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

9.

Cancellation and Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Cancellations after work has commenced may incur charges for labour and materials already used.

 

10.

Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

11.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

 

12.
